Bonus Terms & Conditions

Casino bonuses
  1. Bonuses are valid starting from VIP level 2, unless stated otherwise.
  2. One client can only have one active casino bonus at time on his/her OlyBet account.
  3. Before withdrawing winnings for which bonus money was used, bonus money must be played through 50 times, unless stated otherwise.
  4. In all Blackjack games bonus money must be played through 1000 times, unless stated otherwise.
  5. Bonus money play-through time is 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
  6. Bonuses cannot be used in any of roulette and video poker games nor for doubling in slot games.
  7. Bonuses are personal and apply to specific client, unless stated otherwise.
  8. One bonus is valid once per customer account, household computer, IP address including places with a shared computer (e.g library, public internet access point).
  9. If player withdraws money before meeting the wagering requirements, all winnings for which bonus money was used and bonus money added by OlyBet will be cancelled.
  10. Minimal deposit amount qualifying for bonus is €10, unless stated otherwise.
  11. It is not allowed to wager more than €10 with deposit bonuses. If player violates this term and wants to withdraw winnings for which bonus was used, all winnings will be cancelled.
  12. Unless stated otherwise, players from the following countries are not allowed to use casino bonuses: The Netherlands, Germany, Romania, Hungary.
  13. Using a third party outside automated playing software is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and winnings for which bonus was used.
  14. OlyBet reserves the right to cancel or request back all given bonuses and winnings for which bonuses were used if player has manipulated or violated bonus features.
  15. OlyBet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings which have been obtained by irregular behavior.
  16. If there are misunderstandings of conflicts in Lithuanian, Russian and Finnish terms with English, then English terms and conditions will be deemed correct.
  17. OlyBet reserves the right to unilaterally extend or shorten, renew, cancel, request back or repudiate every offer. Bonus changes will be published in the campaign text to which the bonus is related to. It is player’s obligation to be aware of the changes.
  18. Player agrees with OlyBet’s terms and conditions when using any of the bonuses.
Poker bonuses
  1. New player bonus up to €500 is valid only for new cusomters who have opened poker account. Choosing “Alias” in poker software is considered as opening a poker account.
  2. Quarterly bonuses will be given to player on the first login in every calendar quarter according to player’s VIP level.
  3. All poker bonuses are valid for 60 days, unless stated otherwise.
  4. When releasing the bonus then both the tournament fees and cash games rake are taken in consideration.
  5. If there are misunderstandings of conflicts in Lithuanian, Russian and Finnish terms with English, then English terms and conditions will be deemed correct.

Sports betting offers
  1. Offer is valid only for a specific game which is mentioned on OlyBet’s web, newsletter or Facebook at specific date mentioned in the campaign text.
  2. Offer is only valid if participant has registered OlyBet’s account before the draw of the prize.
  3. OlyBet reserves the right to cancel the offer unilaterally.
  4. Won betting money is non-recurrent and will be added to customer’s account within the next work day after the game.
  5. Won betting money is free to withdraw after there has been made bets in the winning amount with at least rate 1,60.
  6. OlyBet reserves the right to remove betting money and winnings earned with the betting money from customer’s account if betting money has been misused or betting has been irregular.

  9. Participating in campaign customer agrees that OlyBet has a right to use participants full forename and the first letter of last name, age and district in public announcements.
